Anthony Sork is founder and Managing Director of Sork HC. Educated in Australia and the United States, he holds qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources & Adult Education.

With over 15 years consulting experience Anthony has worked with leading organisations throughout Australasia and the United Kingdom in culture transformation, leadership effectiveness and human capital strategy.

Recognised as one of Australasia's best Leadership, Organisation Climate, Employee Attachment & Engagement and Performance Consultants, he is also an author, speaker, trainer & executive coach.

Anthony is the inventor and creator of the 90 Day Attachment & On-Boarding Survey/Report which received an Patent in 2008. Patent Number 2008100458. He is also the creator of the Sork HC Alignment & Engagement Survey & Report, the Sork HC Exit & Transition Survey & Report and the Sork HC Key Talent Risk Survey & Report.

Accreditations: MBTI, LSI, GSI, ILS, MSQ, OCE, AOSR.
